You can ask us to delete your TutSync account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Submit the form below, or email us directly at frencel2023@gmail.com.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, and email if provided).
- Your login sessions and app preferences.
- Personal data that identifies you and is not required to be kept for legal or legitimate business reasons.
What may be retained
- Academy records. If an academy admin or teacher entered records about you (for example attendance or fee history), those belong to that academy as the data controller and may be retained by them. Contact your academy to have those removed.
- Information we must keep to meet legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, kept only as long as required and then deleted.
How long it takes
We verify that the request comes from the account owner (we may contact you on your registered phone or email) and complete deletion within 60 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
